Fondemos collects only the following data:

Email address: when subscribing to the newsletter via the form on this website. This data is processed by Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., 44 Montgomery Street, Suite 300, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA).
Navigation data: IP address and access logs retained by our host Netlify for security and technical statistics purposes.
Display preference: a key fondemos_don_banner_dismissed is stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) to avoid showing the donation banner again if you have closed it. This data remains in your browser and is not transmitted to Fondemos.

Fondemos does not collect or process sensitive data (political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, etc.).

Fondemos does not sell or rent your personal data. Data may be accessible to the following technical service providers, strictly within the scope of their missions:

AssoConnect: donation and membership processing (data submitted directly by the user on their platform)

As Netlify is a US-based company, your data may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
